Crouton – 21

October 21, 2013

“Do not be conceited.”  Romans 12:16

Croutons 19 to 21 have a shared work in Greek, which has to do with how you think.  Pride and conceit on the one hand are attitudes of your mind, as is willingness to be equals with the lowly.

Another translation of these verses:  “Be of the same mind toward one another. do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble.  Do not be wise in your own opinion.”  NKVJ

How do you decide who has value?

Does your way of thinking need a renovation?
